 Please do not forget to mention your VAT number on the registration form.

Payment : by credit card or by transferring the registration fee to our bank account after having received the invoice. Please fill out the number and expire date of your credit card on the registration form. Only EC/MC, VISA and AMEX will be accepted. Encryption of data through the internet is guaranteed by the SSL3 certificate. Important note: payment has to reach the secretariat at the latest TWO weeks before the event. Admission to the sessions requires the registration badge which will only be handed over if payment has been effected.

Confirmation of the conference registration - A letter of confirmation and an invoice will be mailed to each participant. Please present the confirmation letter upon registration.

Cancellation – The registration fee cancellation refunds, minus handling and administration costs (€ 125), will be refunded provided a written notification is received by the conference secretariat prior to May 5, 2010. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date, but the conference proceedings will be mailed. Participants who are unable to attend may delegate a colleague to take their place.
