Included in the registration fee : lunches during the 3 days, refreshments, welcom drink on Sunday evening, September 2 and boat trip on the river Maas on Monday evening, September 3.

Please note that the registration fee is subject to 19% VAT for all countries (except for companies/organizations in The Netherlands who have a VAT number).

Please do not forget to mention your VAT number on the registration form.

Payment : by credit card or by transferring the registration fee to our bank account after having received the invoice. Please fill out the number and expire date of your credit card on the registration form. Only EC/MC, VISA and AMEX will be accepted. Encryption of data through the internet is guaranteed by the SSL3 certificate. Admission to the sessions requires the registration badge which will only be handed over if payment has been effected.

Confirmation of the symposium registration - A letter of confirmation and an invoice will be mailed to each participant. Please present the confirmation letter upon registration.

Cancellation – The registration fee cancellation refunds, minus handling and administration costs (€ 125), will be refunded provided a written notification is received by the conference secretariat prior to August 1, 2012. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date, but the Book of Abstracts will be mailed. Participants who are unable to attend may delegate a colleague to take their place.
